Loyalty, the diner way
Punch Club: from the Counter to the Neon Room
Every round you play earns experience. Experience raises your level, and your level sets your Punch Club tier. There is no way to buy a tier and no way to lose one — once you reach a seat, it is yours.

How levels work
You earn one point of experience for every 10 Neon Tokens you play, on any game. The first levels come quickly; later ones take longer. Each new level adds tokens on the house: 500 tokens multiplied by the level you reach, so level 10 brings 5,000 tokens.
| Level | Experience needed | Tokens on reaching it |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | 150 | 1,000 |
| 5 | 2,400 | 2,500 |
| 10 | 12,150 | 5,000 |
| 20 | 54,150 | 10,000 |
| 35 | 173,400 | 17,500 |
What the boost touches
The loyalty boost adds a percentage to Pie Wheel slices, Fortune Cookies and completed Punch Cards. It never changes how a game plays: reels, wheels, cards and dice work exactly the same at every tier.
Neon Tokens, levels and tiers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred. They exist to make the menu a little more fun to work through.
